First we arrange a convenient appointment, most customers prefer us to visit them in their own home, however you are welcome to visit us at our stunning new showroom in Chichester.
Whilst arranging the appointment we will discuss your initial ideas to enable us to bring a selection of samples from our large range of products and book the amount of time required for the size of project.
Upon arrival at your home, we will discuss in more detail the various options available, colours, schemes and budget. We will bring as many samples as required and feel sure you will be spoilt for choice.
We will take detailed dimensions and notes to enable us to put together your quotation. Your itemised quotation, along with estimated fitting date, is then emailed back to the customer within 48 hours. If you would like samples these can be posted but depending on supplier will take anything from 3 to 10 days to arrive.
When you are ready to order we will require a 50% deposit. We then order in the materials and commence the work on your project. You will then receive a confirmed delivery and or fitting date. The balance is required on day of supply and or fitting.
You can amend an order once in progress, however we must make you aware that you will be invoiced for any handling or labour costs incurred and a revised order will be raised.
We use our own tools and make sure we protect the customers home where necessary. We are fully insured and take full responsibility for our staff.
Once the fitting is complete we request the final payment. This can be made via a BACS payment, card payment, cash, or cheque.
